Exercise and Mental Health.
Proper brain function relies heavily on the exercise that you get on a regular basis. To ensure proper mental health, try to follow these guidelines:
- Find an exercise plan that works for you. Not everyone is a runner-- exercise can be fun. Find something that you love, and it won't feel like a chore.
- Not everyone can afford to go to the gym. Also, with school taking up most of your time, it can be hard to carve out time to stay active. So, stay active in ways that don't involve reps of sit-ups.
- Try riding your bike to school, taking the stairs instead of an elevator, and walking whenever possible.
